Seva Lunch Club

A ‘Pay What You Can’ restaurant run by local people, for local people to come together & eat together.
Anybody can come, no need to book.

Wellbeing drop in
Play space for kids, singing & story time.
Crafts, refreshments, wellbeing support and skill shares. Tell us your ideas! Make the group your own, relax together and support each other.

Leeds Community Clothing Exchange
Refresh your wardrobe and recycle your clothes! Bring up to 20 items of unwanted clothes to swap.
£3.50 Entry, all gender items accepted. Bring up to 20 items of adult clothing, shoes and accessories. 1 item = 1 credit, no kids clothes, swimwear, underwear, or jewellery.
Drop in, no need to book. Community Clothing Exchange is back on Saturday 23rd November.

7 Week peer support group for adults with mild to moderate mental health needs.
Join our peer support sessions to share ideas and learn more about: stress and relaxation, relationships and boundaries, understanding your thoughts, self acceptance and self esteem, taking care of yourself.

6 Week programme for women using simple bodywork from yoga and kung fu to help you feel safe and at ease in your own body.
Safe space – women together – self defence techniques – discussions – confidential group work – gentle movement and breath work.
